Explore Properties in DHA Phase 6 Lahore
Property in Phase 6 breaks down into three broad categories, residential plots, built houses, and commercial units, and each one behaves differently depending on which sector you look at.
Residential Plots
DHA Phase 6 is divided into thirteen sectors, A through N, and plot sizes across these sectors run from 5 Marla up to 2 Kanal, with 7 Marla also available as a mid sized option that some other DHA phases skip entirely. 1 Kanal remains the most commonly traded size across the phase as a whole.
Sector A, B, H, J, and L
These five sectors touch Main Boulevard directly, which makes them the most investment focused part of the phase. Buyers looking purely for appreciation potential tend to concentrate here rather than in the interior sectors, since Main Boulevard frontage carries a premium regardless of plot size.
Sector D
Sector D stands out for having the widest size variety in one place, with 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal plots all available. It also carries some of the more established parks in the phase, which adds to its appeal for buyers who want plot variety and green space in the same sector.
Sector E
Sector E tends to be the more affordable entry point into Phase 6, with 5 Marla plots starting lower than most other sectors. It works well for buyers who want a foothold in the phase without competing for Main Boulevard pricing.
Sector K and Sector M
Sector K carries some of the highest per Marla pricing in the phase due to its proximity to Main Boulevard and commercial access. Sector M, by contrast, is defined less by plot trading and more by its position around Defence Raya Golf and Country Club, where golf facing plots and villas carry their own separate pricing logic tied to course frontage rather than sector average.
Built Houses
Constructed houses are concentrated in the sectors that have had the longest time to develop.
Sector A, F, and J
These three sectors carry the highest share of completed 10 Marla and 1 Kanal houses in Phase 6. Construction here has matured over a longer period compared to sectors like M and N, which are still filling in. Buyers looking for a ready to move house rather than a plot to build on typically start their search in these three sectors first.
Defence Raya Houses
Inside the Defence Raya Golf Resort and Country Club community in Sector M, house types run differently from the rest of the phase. Instead of standard DHA plot sizes, Defence Raya offers golf view villas in 10 Marla, 14 Marla, and 1 to 2 Kanal configurations, along with 18 Green condominiums in one to three bedroom layouts. These are priced and marketed separately from general Sector M plots since they come with golf course frontage and clubhouse access built in.
Commercial Properties
Commercial activity in Phase 6 is concentrated almost entirely along Main Boulevard and inside two commercial areas, CCA 1 in Block C and CCA 2 in Block D.
CCA 1, Block C
CCA 1 sits roughly in the middle of the phase and already has active commercial footfall, including the Broadway retail strip. Possession is available here, which is part of why rental activity in this pocket is stronger than in newer commercial pockets still under development.
CCA 2, Block D
CCA 2 follows a similar layout to CCA 1, with 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots available, though possession status here varies by plot and is worth confirming directly before buying.
Main Boulevard Commercial
Commercial plots directly on Main Boulevard range from smaller 4 Marla units suited to individual shops, up to 8 Marla plazas, with the highest demand sitting closest to Dolmen Mall where footfall is naturally higher. A small number of larger 6 Kanal commercial options also exist along Bedian Road in Block E, aimed at buyers looking for a bigger commercial footprint rather than a single shop unit.
What Buyers Usually Check Before Choosing a Sector
Most buyers narrow their search down using the same three factors. Plot size availability comes first, since not every sector offers every size, Sector D for example has far more variety than a sector like E. Proximity to landmarks like Dolmen Mall or Defence Raya Golf Club comes second, since it affects both lifestyle and resale value. Distance to established schools such as Beaconhouse or Lahore Grammar School rounds out the list, particularly for families buying a house rather than an investment plot.
A question that comes up often is whether Phase 6 still has 5 Marla plots available at all, since some buyers assume Phase 6 skipped smaller sizes entirely. It does, mainly through Sector D and Sector E, though the bulk of trading activity still happens at the 10 Marla and 1 Kanal level.
Verifying Before You Buy
Regardless of which sector, plot size, or property type you are considering, ownership and transfer eligibility should always be verified directly through the DHA Lahore Main Office before any payment changes hands. This one step is what protects buyers from the majority of disputes that surface after a purchase, particularly on resale plots where file history can be harder to trace informally.
