All Sectors in DHA Phase 6 Lahore

A sector by sector breakdown of DHA Phase 6 Lahore, covering plot sizes, landmarks, and what makes each sector from A to N distinct.

DHA Phase 6 Lahore Sectors List

DHA Phase 6 is built across thirteen lettered sectors, A through N, with the letter I skipped in the sequence, a naming convention DHA has followed across several of its phases in Lahore. Together these sectors cover more than 26,000 kanals, bounded on three sides by the Lahore Ring Road, Bedian Road, and Barki Road.

Every sector shares the same underground utility network and the same 150 foot Main Boulevard standard that sets Phase 6 apart from earlier, narrower boulevard phases. What differs sector to sector is plot mix, density, and proximity to the phase’s main commercial and recreational anchors.

Sector A

Sector A sits on the western edge of the phase, right where the main approach roads bring traffic in from Ring Road. Its position puts it within easy reach of Dolmen Mall, which is one of the reasons Sector A carries some of the more actively traded plots in Phase 6. The sector mixes 1 and 2 Kanal residential plots with commercial frontage near the DHA Main Office, and construction here has matured further than in most of the newer sectors further east.

Sector B

Sector B runs along Barki Road and tends to carry larger residential plots than several of its neighboring sectors. It sits close enough to Sector A’s commercial strip to benefit from that activity without absorbing the traffic that comes with sitting directly inside a commercial zone, which is part of why Sector B has held a reputation as a quieter, more residential alternative to A.

Sector C

Sector C occupies a central position in the phase, close to Main Boulevard and the Grand Jamia Mosque, which has made it one of the more walkable sectors for families who want worship and everyday commercial needs within easy reach. Sector C also carries CCA 1, the commercial area that includes the Broadway retail strip, giving it a dual identity as both a residential sector and a retail hub.

Sector D

Sector D carries the CCA 2 commercial hub and sits closest to Dolmen Mall, giving it the highest concentration of retail activity of any sector in Phase 6. It also has one of the widest ranges of residential plot sizes available, running from 5 Marla up through 2 Kanal, and some of the more established sector parks in the phase, a combination that makes it appealing to buyers who want both retail proximity and plot flexibility in one place.

Sector E

Sector E is home to the DHA Medical Centre, which functions as the healthcare anchor for the entire phase rather than just the immediate area. Alongside the hospital, Sector E tends to be a more affordable entry point for residential plots compared to sectors closer to Main Boulevard, which has kept it popular with buyers prioritizing value over central location.

Sector F

Sector F is known for larger executive plots, mainly 1 and 2 Kanal, with quieter streets than the more commercial sectors nearer the boulevard. It also carries a strong share of completed houses, since construction here has had more time to mature compared to newer sectors like M and N.

Sector G

Sector G lies toward Bedian Road and benefits from fast arterial connectivity through that route. It is a mostly residential sector without much commercial development of its own, which keeps traffic lighter than in sectors that sit closer to CCA 1 or CCA 2.

Sector H

Sector H sits adjacent to CCA 1 and the Broadway strip, making it one of the most walkable sectors for dining and retail outside of Dolmen Mall itself. That adjacency also tends to push commercial and residential prices in Sector H higher than in sectors without direct access to a commercial pocket.

Sector J

Sector J has built its reputation around 10 Marla and 1 Kanal homes, and its proximity to some of the phase’s more established schools adds to its appeal for families specifically, rather than investors. Sector J is also one of the sectors that touches Main Boulevard directly, which keeps it on the shortlist for buyers comparing investment potential across the phase.

Sector K

Sector K is a quieter, more exclusive enclave, dominated by larger 1 and 2 Kanal plots with noticeably less through traffic than the central sectors closer to Dolmen Mall and CCA 1. That lower density is part of why Sector K tends to carry some of the higher per Marla pricing in the phase.

Sector L

Sector L offers open, landscaped surroundings dominated mostly by 1 Kanal plots, with lower overall density than sectors closer to the commercial core. Like Sector J and H, it touches Main Boulevard, which keeps it relevant for buyers weighing long term investment potential against the quieter, lower density feel of the sector itself.

Sector M

Sector M sits toward the northeast of the phase, with direct access to Barki Road and a residential base that continues to grow. It is also the sector that hosts Defence Raya Golf and Country Club, which sets Sector M apart from every other sector in Phase 6 since its property mix includes golf facing villas and condominiums alongside standard DHA plots.

Sector N

Sector N forms the northern boundary of DHA Phase 6 and has seen active construction on 1 Kanal plots over recent years, making it one of the newer sectors to watch. Because it is still filling in, Sector N tends to attract buyers looking for ground floor pricing before the sector fully matures the way A, F, and J already have.

What Connects the Sectors

Despite their different plot mixes and densities, all thirteen sectors share the same two anchors, Defence Raya Golf Club to the north and the Main Boulevard commercial spine running through the center of the phase. These are the common threads that tie every sector into one community, and they are usually the starting point for anyone comparing sectors, whether the goal is a quiet residential plot, a commercial investment, or proximity to schools and healthcare.
